Upgrading ogre is OK but rarely a real boon. Upgrade if you want to rely on only ogre for 5 and 5+.
Ogres leak more to RNG on 3–5 because bashes are random. Sometimes 690 is enough on 3.
Advantages
- +Straightforward spawn and back spam
- +Upgrade is optional if you want to stay ogre-only into 5+
Disadvantages
- −More prone to RNG leaks on 3–5 because bashes are random
- −Level 5 spawn value is fuzzy vs send
