Privacy

What the site stores, what other visitors can see, and the controls available to you.

Your account

Signing in creates or connects a site account. Stored information can include your provider’s account identifier, display name, BattleTag, profile image, email where supplied, and authorization details used for the connection. Battle.net handles your Battle.net password.

Your public profile can show your name, BattleTag, image, bio and contributions. When a signed-in account has no country/region set and has not chosen to hide its flag, your browser uses your IP address to estimate an initial country through country.is. Only the country code is saved to your account by this feature, not your IP address. The flag is public beside your nickname and linked ranked player. You can correct or hide it on your profile. Hiding your flag clears the saved country and stops future automatic detection. An existing choice is never overwritten by detection. Email addresses and login credentials are not public profile fields.

Contributions & match data

Published guides, comments and other community contributions are visible to visitors. Replays can identify every player in a match, including people who have never created an account here.

Ranked pages can display player names, teams, results, ratings and gameplay statistics. Access to Ranked depends on the site’s current feature settings; treat submitted match data as information that may become public.

Replay files & chat

The “Upload chat” switch is on by default. When enabled for a new upload, the site retains parsed chat and the original replay file, which also contains chat. Match viewers may see chat, and retained replay files may be downloadable where Ranked is available.

When disabled, the server still receives and processes the replay to extract match data, but does not retain its original file or parsed chat for that new match. It does not erase an existing upload, and your setting cannot control uploads made by other players.

Do not put sensitive information in game chat or assume an uploaded replay is private.

Cookies & browser storage

Cookies support sign-in sessions and theme preferences. Browser storage remembers preferences such as navigation settings and whether to upload chat.

If you enable replay auto-upload, your browser stores a handle to the folder you selected and asks for access. While a site tab is open, the watcher looks for replay files in that folder and uploads new games. Stop auto-upload in Ranked → Replays or revoke folder permission in your browser. Clearing site data removes locally stored preferences and permissions or handles.

Other services

The country.is service receives the IP address of your browser when estimating your initial country. A VPN or mobile network can make that estimate inaccurate, and you can choose a different country/region on your profile. Battle.net processes sign-in requests. Live lobby information comes from wc3stats, and creator information may come from streaming services. Visiting Discord, a stream or another external link is subject to that service’s privacy practices.

Site infrastructure processes requests and may retain operational information for security and troubleshooting. This page does not promise a fixed deletion schedule for server logs or backups.

Questions, corrections & removal requests

Contact the site team through the community Discord for questions about your information, corrections, or an account/data removal request. Ask a moderator for a private conversation before sharing account details.

Account removal is currently handled by the team, rather than a self-service button. Historical multiplayer results and other players’ records may require separate review.
