Include the page link, what you expected, what happened, and your browser. For a match issue, include the game link. Send account or privacy details privately to a moderator.
Common questions
How do I sign in or recover access?
Use Battle.net to sign in. If you cannot access your Battle.net account, use the recovery options on the Battle.net sign-in screen. Never send anyone your password or authentication codes.
Where are my replays?
Look in Documents\Warcraft III\BattleNet\<id>\Replays. Warcraft III overwrites LastReplay.w3g when you play the next game, so save or upload it first.
Which games count for ranked?
Play in ranked mode on Hellhalt 5.0.80.4 or newer. The replay must contain the map’s result data. Duplicate uploads count once. Draws normally leave ratings unchanged; leaving or being votekicked counts as a loss. The Ranked page explains current beta rules when the feature is available.
How does auto-upload work?
In Ranked → Replays, turn on auto-upload and choose your Warcraft III folder. Keep a Learn Hellhalt tab open. Folder access needs a supported desktop browser such as Chrome or Edge and your permission. Use the same controls to stop watching; you can also revoke folder access in your browser.
Is replay chat visible?
The “Upload chat” switch controls whether a new upload retains chat and the original replay file. It is on by default. Switching it off affects future uploads, and does not remove an existing match or an earlier upload. See Privacy for details.
Why are there no live lobbies?
The lobby list comes from wc3stats. It can be empty when nobody is hosting Hellhalt, or unavailable when that service cannot be reached. Use the refresh status on the lobby page to see whether the list is current.
